What does my posture have to do with body pain?
Bad posture alone may not be the sole cause of your body aches and pains, but it is often a warning of more serious problems to come.
Smart phones, desktop and laptop computers have one thing in common besides the internet—they encourage us to stand or sit with our heads bent forward with shoulders slumped for prolonged periods of time. This creates fatigue on joints, ligaments and muscles and can lead to neurological damage such as numbness, tingling, or pain in the forearms and hands.

Natalie quickly helped me out of a terrible chronic pain situation. My pain had spread over many years from my head to the middle of my back and shoulders and seemed complicated to understand.
